Get notified when tables become available
Common questions about Oktoberfest Table Alert and Oktoberfest table alerts.
No. Oktoberfest Table Alert is not officially associated with, endorsed by, or affiliated with Oktoberfest, the City of Munich, or the individual tent operators. We are an independent third-party service that helps you monitor reservation availability.
No. This site only sends you alerts when table reservation slots become available. We do not take reservations or book tables. When you receive an alert, you must go to the official tent website and complete the booking there.
Your alerts are checked 4 times daily. When a table reservation slot becomes available for your selected tents and dates, we notify you.
We currently monitor Festhalle Schottenhamel, Bräurosl, Hacker-Festzelt (Der Himmel der Bayern), and Schützen-Festzelt. You can choose which tents to monitor when creating an alert. We may add additional tents in the future.
Install the ntfy app on your phone or use the web subscription, create a topic name (e.g. "my-oktoberfest-alerts"), and enter that topic in the notification settings. We will send a push to that topic when slots are found.
We offer a recurring subscription. Sign up, then purchase a subscription from your dashboard. Your subscription lets you create and manage alerts; we check daily and notify you when slots appear. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Dashboard → Account settings.
No. We cannot guarantee that the tables we notify you about will still be available when you try to book, and we cannot guarantee that we will always send a notification whenever a table becomes available. We run checks 4 times daily and do our best to alert you when slots appear, but availability changes quickly and our checks may miss slots or notify you after they are already taken. Always try to book as soon as you receive a notification.
